Warranty Information

All new systems built by DATAC Computers and Services carry a one year in-store warranty from the date on the invoice.

Warranty does not cover virus and spyware removal.

Warranty does not cover third party software, parts, or any other changes made by the customer.

Used/Refurbished parts or systems are sold AS-IS unless otherwise noted.

Repair warranty and all parts installed by our technicians have a one year warranty.

DATAC is not responsible for loss of customer’s data.

The customer is responsible for maintaining proper backup procedures.

If we backup your data, we will keep it on our server for 30 days only.

Our warranty does not cover acts of God (flood, tornado damage, fire, etc.) nor damage from mistreatment.


All items require a receipt for any refund.

No refunds after 7 days.

Any products that were sold with a factory seal must be returned with the factory seal unbroken.

If the factory seal is broken and returned for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
